- Lunch Program wages: Coordinators $15.00/hour, Supervisors $14.50/hour
- Lunch Program currently employs: 2 coordinators who job-share a single coordinator position, hours and duties, 5 supervisors
- Hours Paid: Coordinator 1.25 hours/day or 6.25 hours per week (for a total of 12.5 hours paid every two weeks, each), Supervisors 1.0 hours/day
- Extra costs to Lunch Program for having two individuals job-share the coordinator hours: $5.00 every two weeks.
- As the coordinator duties are shared by two people, the “extra” hours are divided. (Extra time is the 0.25 hours per day each coordinator receives.)
- At this time, Coordinators generally do not bill for extra time over and above 1.25 per day/6.25 hours per week. Certain exceptions will occur – for example, during peak enrolment, payment and collection periods.
- The Lunch Program has spent less than $150 on supplies to date for this year.
- Lunch Program financial status is presented at every Home & School Meeting during the school year.
